FEEDBACK

As a celebrant, your feedback is important to me, to enable me to make continuous improvement to the services I offer.    Your feedback offers opportunities for me to evolve and grow as a celebrant, and I am very grateful for it.

I will request that you complete two feedback forms during the time that we are working together.   Firstly, I will ask that you complete a feedback form after our first meeting, then again, when things have settled down for you after the ceremony (usually on your return from your honeymoon).

Apart from these formal requests for feedback, please be assured that you are welcome to approach me about any aspect of the ceremony or my service to you at any time.

Complaints

As a Marriage Celebrant, I am bound by a strict Code of Practice, which briefly ensures that I will conduct the ceremony in a professional manner and meet the expectations of my clients.

If you feel that I have not met your expectations, and discussion with me has not resolved the issue, there are procedures laid out in the Marriage Regulations which enable complaints to be addressed.

You must make your complaint in writing to the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants within 3 months of the matter complained of.    Your complaint must contain your full name and contact details, my name, as the Marriage Celebrant, and the full details of the complaint.

Details of the full complaint procedure may be found on the Attorney General’s website: www.ag.gov.au

I look forward to working with you to create a unique and perfect ceremony for you.
