Generally, Wedding Ceremonies are exempt from copyright law, as it is acknowledged that music plays a traditional ceremonial role in weddings, however, should you wish to produce a compilation CD of the ceremony, or have the ceremony recorded on video, you may need to obtain license from the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA).  

Readings and Poetry

Although readings and poetry are also able to be used verbally during the ceremony without a license, if you wish to have the words published in an Order of Service, I do hold the appropriate Copyright  license for this.
